More patients than chairs. That's the whole ambition — for your practice, and for how we think about our work.
The frustration that started it
Waitlist started from something we kept seeing inside Houston dental offices: marketing vendors who reported on clicks while the schedule stayed empty.
The reports were always beautiful. Impressions up. Click-through rate up. Keyword rankings — up, up, up. And in the morning huddle, the same conversation: a $4,000 implant consult walked out because nobody followed up, the phones went to voicemail at lunch, and the "leads" the agency celebrated were form fills from people who never picked up the phone.
We started this company because we thought the unit of measurement was wrong. A dental practice doesn't need impressions. It needs booked appointments that show up and accept treatment. Everything we build — the services, the reporting, this website — is an attempt to run a marketing company measured in booked patients.
Who we are
We're a Houston-based strategy team that does exactly one thing: marketing for dental practices. Not dental plus med spas plus law firms. Dental.
You won't find individual founder bios or team headshots on this page, and that's deliberate — not mysterious. We're a new company, and we'd rather be judged on the work you can see than on résumés you can't verify. The work is public: this site, the guides, the calculators, the diagnostic. Read them the way you'd read a treatment plan from a new associate — carefully, skeptically, and on the merits.
What we can tell you about ourselves:
- We work inside the economics of a practice, not the analytics of a campaign. Average case value, close rate, chair capacity, hygiene reactivation — these are the numbers we think in.
- We've sat in the rooms where marketing fails. The failure is almost never the ad platform. It's the unanswered call, the slow follow-up, the website that asks for a phone call in 2026.
- We're building in public. No client results yet — we say so plainly on our results page, along with the full measurement method we'll be judged by.
The method: we built the machine for ourselves first
Here's our credibility claim, stated as plainly as we can: we acquire dentists the way dentists acquire patients.
Problem → search → content → trust → contact. You had a growth question. You searched. You landed on something that read like it was written by someone who understands your business. If that chain worked on you — a skeptical, busy practice owner — it's the same chain we'll build for your future patients.
This website isn't a brochure. It's the working demonstration of the system we sell:
- Content before pitch. The guides and answers publish the real playbook — including the parts that help you evaluate us.
- Value before contact. The growth diagnostic and calculators give you usable numbers before they ask for anything.
- Transparency before trust. How we work publishes the full process and timelines. How we price publishes the scope logic. How we measure admits what we can't prove yet.
What we believe
What we will never do
Texas dental advertising rules prohibit unverifiable claims — and we'd hold ourselves to this standard even if they didn't:
- No guaranteed rankings or patient counts. Anyone who guarantees Google's behavior is selling something Google doesn't sell.
- No superiority claims. We won't call ourselves the best, the top, or the #1 anything. The work should make the case.
- No invented statistics. Every number on this site is either sourced or explicitly labeled illustrative. You'll never see a success rate we can't show the math for.
- No fear-based selling. "Your competitors are stealing your patients" is a pressure tactic, not a strategy.
How we make money
Simple version: monthly engagements, priced by scope, quoted after the diagnostic. The longer version is on our pricing page — three published tiers, what's in each, and the terms.
Three things worth knowing before you ever talk to us:
- We don't take a percentage of ad spend. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards agencies for spending more of your money. We charge for the work, and your ad spend goes directly from your account to the platform.
- We don't earn commissions from vendors. No referral fees from software, no kickbacks from media. If we recommend a tool, it's because the practice needs it.
- The diagnostic is free and stays free. It's our best argument for the engagement, and it works as a standalone product. Use it, keep the read-out, hire someone else if you want — we'd rather be useful than gatekeep.
Who we're for — and who we're not
We're for Houston-area dental practices that want growth measured in scheduled production, owners who'd rather understand the plan than be dazzled by the pitch, and teams willing to fix the front-desk leaks we find. Startups, single-location practices, and multi-location groups all fit — the diagnostic tells us which.
We're not for practices that want vanity metrics, anyone shopping for the cheapest monthly retainer regardless of scope, or owners who want marketing to work while the phones go unanswered. If that's the brief, we'll say so on the first call and point you to the resources instead.
The questions we ask on a first call
If you want a preview of how we think, these are the questions behind the fit call — the same ones the diagnostic starts from:
- How many new patients did you see last month, and where do you think they came from?
- What's your average case value — and your close rate on big cases?
- What happens when someone calls at 12:30pm? At 7pm?
- What's the one growth goal that would make this year a win?
Most agencies open with "what's your budget." We open with your numbers, because the budget is an output of the goal — not the other way around.
